ACNV’s REGIONAL TEEN ART COMPETITION:  An exhibition for North Valley high school visual art, providing an opportunity for them to show their work at a highly visible location in N. Phoenix and to be eligible for prizes and awards. Although this is a competitive event, it is also an instructional process for participating art students. The Arts Council of the North Valley, Inc. (ACNV) is a 501(c)(3) organization created to advance the North Valley through the arts, champion arts education and build audiences for all of the arts.  ACNV encourages widespread public participation in the arts; promotes strong arts organizations; promotes awareness of the value of arts; and directly supports arts programs for children and communities.
